Compassionate,inclusive support
for grief and loss
Specialising in infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth
and neonatal death support
hello
I’m a counsellor who supports people going through infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal loss, as well as anyone experiencing difficult life transitions and complex grief. I also work with clients navigating trauma and other experiences of loss.
These are some of life’s most painful experiences - shocking, disorienting, and often isolating. Many people tell me that they feel suddenly lost in a life that looks familiar, but it no longer feels like their own. Relationships can feel strained, and support can feel absent. The emotions are often frightening and intense: grief, anger, disbelief, and even a sense of betrayal by the world.
I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to explore these feelings. There is no “right” way to grieve, no timetable, and no one-size-fits-all approach. Your grief is yours, and I meet you just where you are, helping you navigate a path forward that feels authentic to you.

My work is person-centred, grounded, and gentle. I hold space for the full complexity of your experience - your shock, sadness, rage, or numbness - without trying to rush you or fit your grief into a template.
While our work is always about your story, I also bring personal experience of child loss. Many people find some comfort in speaking with someone who truly “gets it” . You may find this shared understanding comforting, knowing that are not so alone in what you are experiencing.
You do not have to navigate this by yourself. My goal is to help you process your grief, honour your emotions, and find a safe way forward at your own pace.

If you’re ready to start your healing journey or simply want to talk to someone who understands, I offer a safe and confidential space to begin.
